We announce that the completion of the construction works of the hotel on top of the municipal stores located outside of Jaffa Gate and next to the first castle in front of the Armenian Hotel is proposed for Dutch auction. The auction was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of one hundred and fifty one thousand eight hundred piasters to be paid in installments. This auction should be hung up for three days starting at the date below. So whoever interested, should contact the municipal council and tender in accordance with the rules. [Thus,] the following decision was made. In order for this to be known, the diresections were published on the 22nd of Shubât (1)311 (5th of March 1896).
