According to the statement of the custodian of the needy, their place, which belongs to the municipality in Bi’ir Ayyûb, has been inspected with the knowledge of the municipality’s engineer Nasrî Effendi. Based on the inspection given from the engineer, we understood that the mentioned place needs a sum of 1280 piasters for repairing to prevent further damage. The council has decided to offer up the repairs of the place for Dutch auction, and after cessation of those interested the issue will be approved. Accordingly, this decision was issued on the 27th of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (9th of January 1906).
