We announce that the yearly food and fodder supplies for the soldiers stationed in Jaffa, Za’an?, Zaytûn and in and around the camp of the fifth [imperial] army are proposed for Dutch auction from the beginning of Huzayrân (1)311 and in accordance with the conditions upheld by the council. So, everyone who is interested in the auction should contact the council in Jerusalem within three days starting at the date below. In order for this to be known, the directions were announced on the 10th of Mâyis 1311 (22nd of May 1895).
