It has been decided by the council to rent the store located outside of Jaffa Gate and next to the [city] wall to its former tenant 'Ibrâhîm Faraj for a period of one year starting in Muharram (1)313 until the end of Dhî al-Hijjah for an amount of six French Liras to be paid in six monthly installments i. e., one Lira for each month. Thus, the six Liras will be paid by the end of Jumâdâ al-'ûlâ. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 9th of Mâyis (1)311 (21st of May 1895).
