In the investigation about the said official, Hakim Effendi his excellencies and Sheikh Yusuf Arman (?) were present and it was seen that both of them had a grasp of the problem. Since the said official requests that the investigation be completed by means of Hakim Effendi, it is appropriate to relegate the problem to Hakim Effendi. The 24th of Shubât (1)311 (8th of March 1899).
