Scope and content

Although the Director of Ottoman Public Debts Administration was present, the specified price was re-examined and it was understood that determination of a kilogram of wine as 60 liras would not wrong anyone. Still, petitioners were not convinced and stated that they were wronged. For a definitive treatment of this question, it is appropriate to relegate it to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 22nd of Tishrîn Thânî (1)310 (4th of December 1894).
