His deceased son had been married to the daughter of Hanna apou Zaxaria. The petitioner had sent his father-in-law the dowry but now apou Zaharia denies that he received a dowry. The petitioner is asking for the case to be assigned to the priests of the Archimandrite Gerasimos and G. Dragoman. He is also kindly asking for his wife to be allowed to kiss the right hand of His Beatitude and make a confession.
