Collective petition from some residents of Zaparia. When archimandrite Daniil was assigned the residents had heard that a church and a monastery would be built and were very happy for this. However, nothing happened ever since except that the garden was give to a Jew to decided to sow wheat and barley instaed of trees as it was the initial agreement. So they write to Kaimakami to send away the Jew and to give the garden to new abbot to live because with the monaster brings now income as an inn because there are around 50 inns around. The case was appointed to Tzirtzes effendi
