The abot of Nablus wrote to him that a report against him was give to the beatitude that he abused and continues to abuse the income of the church. When the reparation took place he stole an amount of money after the beatitude's orders the abot made criticisms and castigation on him. When the petitioner heard all this he got very sad and immediately came to Jerusalem to apologize and to proove that all accusations were false and were motivated by envy against him. He's ready to present himself and speak in front of his beatitude. The case was appointed to the tribunal
