The petitioner claims that his brother owes him 1500 piastres that he often asked but his brother refuses to give. He also claims that he spent money about his nieces for three years and his brother and father of the girls now asks to get back the girls and place them to a Latin school without paying what he owes for marital allowance (Nafakas). The petitinioner claims to have the case examined in the tribunal or in the Great Dragoman because they're brothers. The case was appointed to the tribunal
