ff. 276-285 Detailed description of the Russian place, purchased in Spring 1859 from the Coptic priest George, next to the Eastern wall of the underground church of the Discovery of the Cross (the Temple of the Holy Sepulchre). This place contains remains from the time of Constantine the Great. A lot of historical and topographical details on the location of this property. Project of archaeological works, excavations and building; brief preliminary calculations of the expenses. Includes marginal brief notes and references to the original, in Russian and pencil ink.
