Based upon the objection singed by Amîna Khanum, daughter of the deceased Badir Effendi al-Khâlidî, and the objection signed by Sam‘ân Effendi, one of the representatives of the current lawsuit which is being reviewed by lawyers of the governorate, for the purpose of auditing the estimated value of the plaintiffs’ properties, which are located outside Jerusalem, it has been decided that Haj Yûsif Effendi and Sa‘d al Dîn Effendi al-Khalîlî should be appointed by the council alongside the municipality’s engineer to look into the complaints, after obtaining legal agreement. Therefore, this decision was issued on the 17th of Huzayrân (17th of June 1917), of the same year.
