It has been understood from the above-written inspection report that the said debris and soil belonging to the persons named Davud Katniyye, Hasan Bedir Katniyye and Ali Effendi El Hatab (?) are remnants of the demolished building. For a swift removal of the said debris and soil, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force. The 21st of Mârt (1)314 (2nd of April 1898).
