It has been understood that there is a need for 380 piasters as respected current akçe for the said necessities. Even though there is no financial source allotted in the budget for such expenditures, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council so as to cover them from the sums pertaining to the mutasarrifate expenditures. The 25th of Mârt (1)314 (6th of April 1898).
