Since there is no military hospital in Jaffa, Ramla, Gaza and Hebron, the governors of the mentioned districts should be advised on the matter that the municipalities should give free pharmaceuticals to the mentioned reserve officers and their families. Acre Reserve Commandership should be informed on that issue. The 1st of Mayîs (1)311 (13th of May 1895).
