The municipal inspector, Niqûlâ Effendi, who has been removed from his mission, because of a lawsuit from one of the carriage drivers, Jubrân Muhanna, has been acquitted from the charges issued against him, upon the decision number 999, which was issued from the district administrative council on the 4th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324. Accordingly, the council has decided to reinstate the inspector starting from Mârt, (1)325 with a monthly salary of 250 piasters. In order for this to obtain approval, this decision was issued on the 2nd of Mârt (1)325 (15th of March 1909).
