Upon deliberations, the council has decided to appoint one of us, the respectable Ibrahîm Effendi and Haj Alî Effendi Nimir to inspect the buildings without licenses, for 20 percent of the fees collected from the mentioned buildings, while the respectable Sa’îd Effendi and Amîn Effendi al ‘Alamî are appointed to inspect the previous buildings according to their revenues from the 1st of Nisan (1)324. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 13th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (26th of November 1908).
