In accordance with the decision, dated 17 April 1917 and numbered 147, notified by the Sanjak Administrative Council regarding the land belonging to the Treasury, two sides of which are surrounded by city walls, a side of which by the barracks, and a side of which by the stores belonging to the Armenian Monastery and the road, a map has been drawn up by the experts’ commission with regard to the variety, type, measures, the names of its owners, and the way it is used. It has been decided that this land, whose value is shown and confirmed within local terms in this map, be confiscated on behalf of the country in order to lay out a country garden heatedly needed by the country with regard to development and health. It has been decided that it be confiscated on behalf of the public at the rate specified in the experts’ report and that an inquiry be made to the office of mutasarrifate regarding this situation.
