In accordance with the 8. article of the Real Estate Confiscation Regulation, necessary announcements were written, put up in various places and no objection was raised. However, it was understood that it would be difficult to collect the land cost from the inhabitants due to their poverty. As this land was purchased for the purpose of expanding the said mosque, it is appropriate to cover the cost of land confiscation from the incomes of the villages of Ayn Karim, which belong to the Waqf of Ebu Medine Al Gavas (radiyallahu anh). In the case of an approval of this matter in the Sanjak Administrative Council, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to pay the land cost and execute the land transactions.
