Dirty waters are poured out into the street from the house which is located in the Silsile neighborhood and owned by Şeyh Bedir Danif (?) Effendi; despite the fact that he was warned to construct a course to drain the water to the general sewage, he did not pay attention. As the existence on the road of such stinking materials damages public health, a course has been constructed there by our council and the said water has been drained to the general sewage. The construction cost of this course has reached 197.5 piasters as respected current akçe, so it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the office of chief police inspector so as to collect the said money and submit it to the municipal fund. The 24th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)321 (7th of December 1905).
