500 tubes of the said yeast are necessary and our council made an official request with its letter sent on 21 March 1898 for their delivery as soon as possible. Although this situation has been notified by the office of mutasarrifate to the Ministry of Medicine, nothing has been sent yet. Since there is an urgent need for the said materials, it is appropriate to re-notify the Ministry of Medicine for the delivery of the said amount via the first mail. The 3rd of Mayîs (1)314 (15th of May 1898).
