Upon the correspondences by the Maan Mutasarrifate
Since, from among the construction materials, we have now 16 double bolt padlocks and a key, all of them could not be purchased. It was learnt from the land official that all of the materials had been sent to the shore of the Dead Sea, and it was understood from the certificates of the cameleer that the remaining timber had been given. In order to examine the problem and report the result, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Imperial Real Property. The 6th of Mârt (1)311 (18th of March 1895).
