It has been stated in the letter given by the office of the municipal doctor that since painting the doors and windows of the municipal hospital and timber flooring is detrimental to health, it is necessary that the hospital in general be floored with furnished stone and cleaning tools be sent. The said place has thus been inspected, and it has turned out that the reparation and the requested tools would require an expense of 41,857 piasters as respected current akçe in accordance with the hereby presented register. It has been understood that this is a necessary thing to do; hence, as regards examining the register in question, and if deemed suitable, taking a decision to take necessary action to cover the designated amount through non-budgetal means, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 14th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (27th of October 1910).
