According to the application presented by those who wish to be committed to the five mentioned projects to be implemented in the city, which are the supplying of water, installing of the tram lines, installation of telephone lines and lighting the city, it has been decided to extend the period needed for presenting the required documents. Deliberations have been carried out, and it was decided to extend the period for accepting applications until the 17th of Kânûn Awwal (1)326. In order to publish the directions in accordance with what has been written, this decision was taken on the 24th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (6th of November 1910).
