Since the toilet of the house next to the Han-al-Zeyt bazaar owned by the Latin Monastery in Jerusalem is dilapidated, excrements flows in the streets. Even though the said monastery was demanded to repair the toilet, necessary actions have not been taken. As it has been understood that the said monastery does not have a right to let excrements flow in the streets of the people petitioning about the matter, and that this situation threatens public health, the said toilet has been temporarily repaired and improved by the municipality in order for this sewage to be removed. The 4th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)313 (16th of October 1897).
