Office; foundation of Ottoman partnership for tramways and electric lighting for 2 years with capital of 50 000 francs for obtaining concession. Actually in Jerusalem there is no need for it, there are 70 000 habitants, electric lighting could be used only in government and public buildings, tramways could be used only in suburbs populated by foreigners, in the center streets are too narrow.
