Deliberations have been carried out, and it was decided to extend the period for accepting applications until the 17th of Kânûn Awwal (1)326. In order to publish the directions in accordance with what has been written, this decision was taken on the 24th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (6th of November 1910).
