It has been announced that five hundred thousand ounce of wheat and four hundred and forty thousand ounce of rye are proposed for Dutch auction [under the condition] to be shipped and delivered to Jeddah, === and Yanbu'. [Thus,] the auction was decided for the amount of fifty nine para for the ounce of wheat and for forty nine for the ounce of rye. [However,] the cost of transport and bags is to be on the account of [the contractor]. A decision in this regard will be made at 10 o'clock of this evening, the 5th of Tammûz (1)315. So, whoever wants to tender should contact the council. And in order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 5th of Tammûz (1)315 (17th of July 1899).
