The written letter containing permission and statement regarding the demands of Armenians for getting one of the keys of Bethlehem church that Greeks have in Jerusalem or opening of another door. Both of the demands were rejected by Greeks and a stage is needed for Armenians in any case, two of the mentioned options to be declared again to Greeks in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Armenians to be informed were decided by general council. No signature.
