The Petition containg the demand of Şemseddin eş-Şürefa Efendi, a member of Jerusalem community, who sued German consul and wants that the trial to be held in Jerusalem. The case is that even though the lease of the house, inherited from his father and rented to David Elkerdi, a German citizen, had expire, he did not leave the house and when he called to court, he did not come to the court and wanted the trial to be held in IstanbulNo signature.
