There is a decision of the court of first instance to finish the construction of the municipal slaughterhouse as it should be done and in conformity with the conditions taken on the contractors. Accordingly, it has been decided by the council to nominate one of us, Shlomo Effendi, and the [municipal] engineer in order to finish the construction of the above-mentioned slaughterhouse in accordance with the contract and the drawing without addition or omission, to spend what is needed from the municipality treasury and to keep a log of expenses with details. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 9th of Mâyis (1)311 (21st of May 1895).
