Since the municipal storage place (al Dabawî??) in al Manshiyya has been chosen to keep the fire extinguisher, and since there is no place to keep the things of al Manshiyya, the council has decided to build a wooden shop on the northern side with the necessary space. The construction should be carried out by the municipality with the knowledge of one of us, Antûn Effendi and engineer Nasrî Effendi; a small door should be opened to al Manshiyya and the mentioned storage space should be repaired. In order to pay the needed sum from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was taken on the 11th of March (1)325 (24th of March 1909).
