In accordance with the report of municipal doctor, it has been clarified that it is urgent to [buy] two big cupboards, plastic covers, saucepans and other things for the pharmacy located in Old City. [Besides,] the above-mentioned pharmacy is to be painted and repaired. Accordingly, it has been decided by the council to buy the above-mentioned things by proxy with the knowledge of one of us, the respectable al-Hâj Husayn Effendi. In order to spend what is needed for the council treasury to the aforementioned, this decision was taken on the 30th of Mâyis (1)311 (11th of June 1895).
