Mihran Setyan and Matevos Izmirlyan discuss the need for establishing a special board for the investigation of the financial issues of the convent of Jerusalem. They discuss the financial issues of the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the reasons for the debt, the financial report sent to Constantinople by vardapet Ghevond, the issues of selling and buying of properties, the inner issues of the brotherhood. They discuss the need for establishing peace inside the brotherhood; other national issues. The resolution concerns the investigation of the financial issues of the Patriarchate introduced to the joint assembly of the central board. The 60-page report on the financial defalcations of vardapet Ghevond between 1889-1906 is prepared by Matevos Gayegchyan.
