With respect to the confiscating of the said olive tree and its delivery to our council for sale and imposing a punishment on its owner named Abdültarş (?), it is appropriate to issue an order to the Municipal Police Force so as to immediately bring him here. As regards warning that olive trees to be brought from villages to railroad stations be henceforth seized by train officials after they are conveyed to the Jerusalem station and that their amount and the names of their owners be explained, it is appropriate to notify the Railroad Commissariat about this situation. The 6th of Mayîs (1)314 (18th of May 1898).
