We announce that the glorious government building in Jaffa is proposed for public bid. [The bid was decided in favor of the applicant] for an amount of one hundred and forty thousand and five hundred piasters. So everyone who is interested [in the public bid] should contact the glorious government in Jerusalem. In order for this to be known, the directions were announced on the 8th of Mâyîs (1)311 (20th of May 1895).
