The persons whose names are written in the hereby sent note have a debit of 1,520.5 piasters as respected current akçe from the money reserved for the shops for the year of 1900. Even though the amount in question was repeatedly demanded by the collector, it has not been paid up to now, so it has been deemed appropriate to arrest the said persons in accordance with the Municipal Council Regulations. It is appropriate to issue an order to the municipal council to take necessary action in respect thereof. The 19th of Mayîs (1)317 (1st of June 1901).
