The Archive is a department of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin GMBH.

The archive of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin GmbH is the world's largest collection on the history of Zeppelin airship travel. It contains documents from the estate of Count Zeppelin as well as from the history of the company founded in 1908 and its subsidiaries. In addition to files, planning documents, a photo and film collection as well as a comprehensive library on airship travel, the archive also has the estates of important persons in Zeppelin history and an object collection that contains everything from postcards to airship propellers that are related to airship or company history.
