We announce that according to the decision of the district administrative council dated on the 3rd of Kânûn Thânî (1)321, number 1210, that we decided to start constructions on the interior trenches that extend from the bridge that leads to the castle until Jaffa gate. Constructions will also be started on the exterior trenches that extend from Jaffa gate until the southern wall of the castle. All those interested in participating in the mentioned constructions on both trenches, or individual trenches, or on the interior trench only, should accompany a financial sponsor and contact the district administrative council to define the form and type of the proposed buildings, on the expense of the financial sponsor who will benefit from these constructions for a defined period of time. Therefore, the procedures were announced on the 11th of Kânûn Thânî (1)321 (24th of January 1906).
