Scope and content
Every year a great number of visitors come from the Jaffa road. Although the difficulties run into while passing through this road were presented before, a request was made to the Mutasarrifate for the improvement of the road, and various means were used to reach this aim, no permission was given to take a decision as regards this issue. It is appropriate to relegate the problem to the Public Works Commission in order to discuss the improvement of the said road. The 6th of Nisân (1)311 (18th of April 1895).
