On the petition of the folk of Dirbis village
Indeed, since the water of the present cistern in the village will be drinkable for animals only, it will not be appropriate for the water to be taken for personal use in a building. Therefore, it is appropriate to refer the matter to the municipal police so that they relate the mukhtars that water should not be supplied to buildings from the cistern. The 1st of Tammûz (1)313 (13th of July 1895).
