Request for communication regarding instructions for villages: In accordance with the decree sent from the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 10 July 1894, the necessary notifications were sent to all the villages of the kaza of Jerusalem. As stated in the verdict of the Sanjak Administrative Council, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force in order to distribute 130 copies of instruction to the concerned villages. The 27th of Kânûn Thânî (1)310 (8th of February 1895).
