Nomination of tax farmer with a sponsor: Regarding the request from Yahûda Bitûn to become tax farmer for the municipality, he has been asked to present a guarantor. ___ Râhîl Effendi and the above mentioned are ready to place property as a guarantee in the value of 12 000 piasters. This guarantee has been considered and accepted. In order to proceed, this decision was taken on the 19th of Mayîs (1)314 (31st of May 1898).
