Name of the Waqf: Waqf of Tombs of Seyyid Ömer el-Mücerred and Abu Madyan al-Ghauth in Jerusalem; Name of the duty: supervisor, inspector, keeper of the tomb; Fee: 7 kuruş (daily); Reason for the change: charter did come; Name of the officer: al-Hajj Bilal al-Maghribi. Observations: In the first record, it is stated that berât was written on 10 Şevval 1216 to make clear in what ways the vineyard and the garden acquired as the properties of the waqf at the scene. Then, the second berât was delivered for the maintenance of the duties for al-Hajj Bilal al-Maghribi on 23 Cemaziyelahir 1223.
