Upon the Sanjak Administrative Council’s decision regarding the budget
Muhammed Abdülvahâb Effendi, Rabbah Effendi, Sâbâ Effendi and Şükrü Effendi, members of the Sanjak Administrative Council, have been summoned to our council and have examined the said budget in accordance with the content of the above-written marginal note by the Sanjak Administrative Council. Hence, the above-written persons have certainly hold the opinion that a double deduction of 500 piasters from the mayor’s salary would be a disadvantage for him; that the said salaries have increased to 1,800 piasters due to the non-availability of one fifth of incomes, that the cleaning expenses for both inside and outside the city, water extraction expenses, insurance expenses, toilet watchmen’s salaries must be paid as assigned. For granting such an approval on the issue, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 7th of Mayîs (1)325 (20th of May 1909).
