Upon the Sanitary Inspector’s letter dated 21 November 1908 regarding the production of a sewer
A commission has been established for procuring money to be necessary for producing a public channel outside the city and a series of correspondences have been made in respect thereof. In order to make it known that necessary activities shall be launched when financial sources are found, the matter has been relegated to the Sanitary Inspector and has been thus approved. The 11th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (24th of November 1908).
