Upon the Office of Main Register of Revenues’ letter, dated 23 May 1898 and numbered 66, regarding taking a license for the buildings to be constructed in villages
No license has been given by our council for the buildings constructed at the five places in question. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force and the officials of the Office of Main Register of Revenues, with the purpose of announcing the matter to other villages as rapidly as possible, as stated in the text of this letter, and taking necessary action in respect of the architects and master builders of other buildings located in villages. The 1st of Huzayrân (1)314 (13th of June 1898).
