Upon the telegram sent on 26 March 1907 by the Kaymakamlık of Halil, regarding the fact the carriage tax of Hebron for 1323 (1907-1908)
It is appropriate to report in reply that the said tax has been increased to 10,000 piasters by its suitor here. The 15th of Mârt (1)323 (28th of March 1907).
