Upon the Sanjak Sanitary Inspector’s marginal note dated 19 November 1908 regarding the fact that Hüseyin bin Ulyan Hasan, from the village of İsâviye, has caught leprosy
As regards bringing the said person who has caught leprosy and submitting him to the place where the leprous are located, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Gendarme Commandership. The 11th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (24th of November 1908).
