Upon the Sanjak Administrative Council’s decision dated 15 February 1910 and numbered 1780, with reference to the Chief Tax Office’s letter dated 8 February 1910 and numbered 25, regarding the selection of two experts for the municipal inspection of real estates constructed outside the city walls
Council members Naci Nesibe Effendi and Anton Sirufim Effendi have been selected as experts. The 9th of Shubât (1)325 (22nd of February 1910).
